Overview
With the most elevated point of the Helambu Trek, Tharepati Pass at 3,650m rewards you with the alluring panorama of the majestic mountain vistas such as; Langtang, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Rolwaling, and Gauri Shankar. The Helambu trek is one of the most staggering treks for those with less time or who don’t wish to trek at high heights.
Helambu Trek is by far one of the most satisfying trekking goals in the Langtang Region as it offers the charisma of the natural wonders festooned by the magical beauty of the unadulterated culture and traditions of the people of the Langtang Region.
Being the rarely strolled trail, Helambu has been able to keep up its social uniqueness flawlessly. The hospitable nature of individuals with their enthralling customs and way of life is the real fascination of the Helambu trek.
Furthermore, Helambu Trek is the way to encounter the alluring panorama of the majestic mountain vistas, cascading waterfalls, serene streams, fascinating ice sheets, and rich woodlands at the same time. Helambu Trek can be the best choice for individuals who might love to taste both the regular and social mix of Nepal in a simple route in a limited time period. As the trek involves Langtang National Park, the trek is a superb opportunity to experience some uncommon land and winged creatures. The extremely endangered Red Panda can be your bonus reward for the Helambu Trek if fortunate.
The Helambu trek begins only an hour’s drive from Kathmandu at the delightful Shivapuri National Park. This is a generally low-elevation trek along a less caught-up trekking course through mild backwoods, green valleys, rhododendron woodlands, Tamang and Sherpa towns, and Buddhist religious communities. The perspectives of the mountains are staggering and incorporate Dorje Lakpa, Gauri Shankar, Langsisa, and other snow-topped pinnacles.
