Detailed Itinerary

  • Daypack ( 25- 30L) with Rain Cover: Essential for daily trekking between Villages such as Namche, Dingboche, and Lobuch; carries water, layers bag, snacks, documents and personal use items.
  • Sleeping Bag ( -20°C): Supplied by snow Bank Adventure Team and required for unheated tea houses above Dingboche, where nighttime temperatures regularly drop below freezing.
  • Down Jacket ( -20°C): Mandatory for morning and evening above 4000m and for the pre-dawn ascent to Kala Patthar.
