- Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings must be confirmed by the customer in writing (via email or online booking platform).
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as per the specific tour operator’s policies.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel a booking if the payment is not received by the due date.
- Payment Terms:
- A deposit of 20%-30% of the total tour cost is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment is due 30 days before departure unless specified otherwise.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or through the booking platform.

- Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure may incur a cancellation fee of up to 10-20% of the total cost.
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% of the total cost is non-refundable.
- Less than 30 days: No refunds will be given.
- The cancellation policy may vary depending on third-party bookings (e.g., flights, accommodations).
- Changes to the Itinerary:
- The operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, local strikes, emergencies, etc.).
- If significant changes are made to the itinerary, the customer will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
- Travel Insurance:
- It is strongly recommended that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, emergency evacuation, and lost luggage.
- The operator is not responsible for any expenses related to medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of belongings during the trip.
- Liability:
- The operator takes no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage caused to clients during the trip, except where required by law.
- Clients are expected to follow local laws, regulations, and guide instructions to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Health and Fitness:
- Clients are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns before booking.
- Participants should be in good health and physical condition, especially for trekking or high-altitude activities.
- Passport and Visa:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and necessary visas for entry into Nepal.
- Nepal requires a Tourist Visa, which can be obtained online or on arrival for most nationalities.
- Group Size:
- Some tours may require a minimum number of participants to proceed.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled or postponed.
- Accommodation and Meals:
- The accommodation provided will match the description on the tour details page (standard hotels, guesthouses, or luxury options).
- Meal inclusions depend on the package booked (e.g., breakfast-only, full board, etc.).
- Personal Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
- The operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Disputes and Claims:
- Any disputes or claims should be addressed directly to the operator’s customer service during the trip.
- Legal claims or disputes should be resolved in the jurisdiction specified in the booking agreement.
- Force Majeure:
- Neither party will be held liable for failure to meet obligations in case of events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.).
